Our Home Impression Kits can be returned within 14 days and a full refund will be provided if the item is still sealed. A replacement will be sent if the item arrives faulty.

Yes, we recommend you use retainers to avoid your teeth moving back to their original position.
Your retainers will replace the last stage in your aligner treatment and although they look similar to your other aligners, they are made from a stronger material that lasts longer.
Please wear your retainers continually for at least 1 week, and then continue to wear them at night to avoid your teeth moving.

X-rays are an important step in diagnosis and when planning your treatment. They are carried out by our registered doctors at Diamond Whites or our Impress partner clinics. If you do not want to have an X-ray, it is possible to proceed with your treatment, but you will have to sign a waiver to do so.
